5. Reservation & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $________ is required to reserve a kitten.
This deposit holds your kitten until it is ready to go home, typically around 12 weeks of age (exact date will be agreed upon).
The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.
If the buyer backs out for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.
If the breeder cancels the sale (for any reason), the deposit will be fully refunded within 4 business days.
6. Post-Sale Veterinary Responsibility
The seller is not liable for any veterinary care or expenses incurred once the kitten leaves our care. Under no circumstances will Aquamarine Kittens cover future vet bills.
7. Rehoming and Return Policy
If the buyer wishes to sell, rehome, or surrender the kitten at any point, the breeder must be notified first. The breeder will assist in the rehoming process to help ensure the kitten is placed in a safe and suitable home. However, the ultimate responsibility for rehoming remains with the buyer. If the buyer chooses to return the kitten to the breeder, no refund will be given. The breeder reserves the right to decline taking the kitten back if adequate space or resources are not available at the time.
