💎 Our Adoption Process 💎
Welcoming a new Ragdoll kitten into your home is a special experience, and at Aquamarine Kittens, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Our adoption process is simple, thoughtful, and designed to ensure that our kittens are placed with families who will love and cherish them just as much as we do.
1. Adoption Form
The first step is to complete our adoption form. This helps us get to know you, your home environment, and what you're looking for in a kitten or cat. It's important to us that each of our kittens is placed in a home that matches their personality and needs.
2. Application Approval
Once we review your form, we’ll be in touch to go over any questions and confirm your approval. This step ensures that we’re confident in the home environment and readiness of each potential adopter.

3. Sales Contract
After approval, you will be required to review and sign our sales contract. This document outlines important terms such as our health guarantee, spay/neuter agreement, and buyer responsibilities. It ensures transparency and protection for both you and your future kitten.
4. Reservation & Deposit
Once approved, you can reserve your spot on our waitlist or a specific available kitten/adult cat with a non-refundable deposit. This deposit guarantees your place in line to select from upcoming or available litters.
5. Choosing Your Kitten or Cat
When kittens are old enough (usually around 6–8 weeks), families will be invited to choose their kitten in the order deposits were received. At times, we may also have retired adults available to loving homes.
6. Weekly Updates
Once your kitten is reserved, we’ll send regular updates, photos, and videos so you can watch your little one grow. These updates are a special way to bond with your kitten even before they come home!
7. Health & Vet Care
All kittens are raised in our home and receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a full health check by a licensed veterinarian. They will also come with a health record and written health guarantee for your peace of mind.
8. Going Home
Our kittens are ready to join their new families at 12–14 weeks of age. They’ll be fully weaned, litter trained, and well-socialized. At pickup, you’ll receive a care package and a kitten guide to help with the transition.
9. Transport Options
We are happy to work with families nationwide and can arrange delivery by ground transport or flight nanny if needed. Local pickups and airport meetups are also available.
10. Lifelong Support
Becoming part of the Aquamarine Kittens family means you’ll always have our support. Whether you have questions about care, health, or simply want to share updates—we're always here for you.
